Ambition

Rose Cornwell

Cultivating a bond between horse & human through traditional, natural horsemanship, liberty, and positive reinforcement methods, allowing the individual to flourish.

AMBITION

~ My aspiration is to instil a sense of faith among riders, young and old ~

Some horses will test you. Some will teach you. And some will bring out the best in you.

~ Unknown

I want to challenge equestrians to try something new, different, & potentially, their new favourite way to interact & work with their horse. I want to encourage equestrians to take their careers or hobbies as equestrians into their own hands and dismiss the norm of dependency on “Conventional Wisdom”  and to try using methods such as Liberty and Positive Reinforcement, to give the horse back his choice, and from there build a better, willing, and more connected relationship!

The horse is a mirror to your soul. Sometimes you might not like what you see. Sometimes you will.

~ Buck Brannaman

Be hesitant to blindly follow the words of others, and instead, hear them and take them into consideration, before embarking on your own journey to learning and enlightenment.

The power in knowledge is extraordinary.

Investigate how your horse learns best and why. Incorporate a liberated philosophy & practice around as much force-free / autonomous training for your horse as possible. Research, learn, and understand so that you can control your own relationship between you and your horse. Then, make your own call on what’s right for you both!

Education is not the learning of facts, but the training of the mind to think.

~ Albert Einstein

My goal is to give you as the reader, the horse-lover, and the equestrian, the tools you need to ask questions, discover yourself, and create a world for your horse where fear is no longer something you offer, but instead, you offer empowerment and freedom of choice.

Learn everything you can, anytime you can, from anyone you can. There will always come a time when you will be grateful you did.

~ Sarah Caldwell
